Enter through 11:59pm (CT) on March 15, 2015. Entrants must either have or sign up for a free account with the game administrator UPickEm. Limit one (1) UPickEm account per email address and limit one (1) contest entry per UPickEm account. No person may be visible in photo entry. Station may post some or all entries received online at Bayou957.com for viewing and voting. Voting results will not be a determining factor in the outcome of this contest, but may be taken into consideration at the sole discretion of station staff and/or management. After 12:00pm (CT) on March 16, 2015, station judges will select one (1) entry, based upon all lawful criteria, to be the one (1) winning entry in this contest. Subject to verification, the Entrant who submitted the winning entry will be declared the one (1) winner of this contest and be eligible to receive the one (1) prize package to be awarded in this contest, valued at approximately $812.80 and consisting of one (1) $250 PetSmart Gift Card (valid for purchases at any participating location and online at petsmart.com) one (1) $250 Boat City USA Gift Certificate (Valid for in-stock merchandise or towards the purchase of a boat at Hammond, LA or Henderson, LA locations, cannot be combined with any other offer, taxes and other fees are not payable by gift certificate), a 6-pack of tickets (six (6) tickets) to the Cheech and Chong with War performance at the Saenger Theatre on 6/12/15, valued at $237/pack, and one (1) $75 Gift Box from Earthsavers Spa and Store (containing Circulate shower cleanser, Heal Lotion, Citrus Salt Glow, and Respiration Bath Salts) No portion of this prize package may be redeemed for cash or will be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. • For purposes of this contest, the terms “photo” or “photograph” may be used interchangeably to include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, any image that may be produced by an analog or digital camera, by an optical image scanner (or simply, “scanner”), by means of a “screen dump,” “screen capture,” “screenshot,” or “screengrab,” and/or by the digital manipulation of one or multiple photographs such as may be achieved using image editing software.
• The photo must be uploaded in either the “.jpeg” or “.jpg” file format (no other formats will be accepted).
• Photo entries must not contain or depict any registered trade/servicemark or other copyrighted material other than those owned or licensed by the Entrant, or the Station, or a Contest Sponsor. The foregoing is not intended to require Station to disqualify entrants who, in Station’s sole discretion, appear to be innocently wearing clothing or are in areas that just happen to contain third party logos or marks. Further, Station may, but is not obligated to pixilate/cover any trademarks/servicemarks/copyrighted materials in Station’s sole discretion.
• No other person’s image may be depicted in the photo (no matter how far away or obscure); provided, however, that Station reserves the right to accept photos that have parts of other people visible that Station deems (in its sole discretion) is not material to the photo and such persons are completely indistinguishable (for example, a leg or finger). Further Station’s decision in this matter is final and not appealable and Station is not obligated to treat every photo identically (for example, Station may decide that in one photo a leg is not material but that a leg is in another photo).
• Photo entries as well as any comments that may be posted to any photo entries in this contest, must not contain or convey any content that the Station determines at its sole discretion, subjectively or otherwise, (i) to be indecent, profane, obscene, explicitly sexual, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, or hateful, (ii) to be racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive or objectionable, (iii) to encourage unlawful behavior, (iv) to infringe upon the brand names, trade-marks, trade names, logos, or any other intellectual property that may belong to a third party, or (v) to disclose any detailed personal, physical, contact, or otherwise confidential information that may belong to a third party. Station shall not be required to make the same determination based on the foregoing for every photo and may treat each photo entry differently, in its sole discretion, even if the problematic content is similar.
