First step is to register for this site (click on the "register" tab above).
Once you've registered, you can submit a photo entry of your pet by clicking on the "upload photo" tab.
Approved entries will be posted for voting and you can get friends, family, co-workers & Facebook friends to vote for yours! In order to keep the contest as fair as possible, voting is not the sole determining factor, but does raise your profile to the judges and they can take the votes into account when making the final decision.
Deadline for voting is noon on March 16, 2015. Entry deadline is midnight on March 15, 2015.
We do our best to review entries quickly, but we manually review all entries so please allow up to 2-3 business days.
The
most common reason is that there was a person fully visible in the photo. As long as the entry period is still open, you will be able to re-submit an entry after your previous entry was rejected. You will receive an email notifying you of either acceptance or rejection.
While we do receive many dog photos, we do not discriminate and all pets are welcome. Just no people on a leash or anything weird. My Pet Rocks is open to all pets.
Comments are reviewed individually and may take 2-3 days before posting. They are typically reviewed multiple times each business day.
